If the belt is still connected on one side you can tape it to the new one and pull the old out, this will lead the new in..
-remove the 3 bolts that hold the gear motor to disconnect the motor from the main drive assembly.
-Then remove the 4 bolts that hold the main drive assembly.
– lower the main drive assembly to get access to the top to remove the old & install the new belt
-Reinstall the main drive assembly
– Reinstall the gear motor
– Connect the belt to the door
